Creator Kiwi is a content marketing platform provided by Creator Kiwi Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation operating in California, that helps YouTube creators track which content drives revenue and conversions. Our service connects to your YouTube channel and integrates with payment platforms (like Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad) and email marketing tools (like Kit) to show you exactly which videos generate business results.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Creator Kiwi. If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

3. What We Do

Creator Kiwi provides:

• YouTube Integration: Connect your YouTube channel to import video data and analytics
• Link Tracking: Create shortened links that track clicks and conversions
• Revenue Analytics: See which videos drive sales, email signups, and other conversions
• Platform Integrations: Connect with payment processors and email marketing tools

4. Your Account

When you sign up, you’re responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• All activity that happens in your account
• Providing accurate information about yourself and your business

5. YouTube and Platform Connections

To use Creator Kiwi, you’ll connect external accounts like:

• YouTube: We access your channel data, video information, and analytics (read-only)
• Payment Platforms: We track sales data from platforms you connect
• Email Marketing: We track subscriber data from services you integrate

We only access what’s necessary to provide our service and never post or modify your content without permission.

6. Your Content and Data

What You Own: You own all content you create in Creator Kiwi.

What We Can Do: To provide our service, you give us permission to:

7. AI Features

Our AI assistant (“Kiwi AI”) helps with content creation and analysis. When you use AI features:

• You maintain ownership of all content created with AI assistance

8. What You Can’t Do

Don’t use Creator Kiwi to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• Attempt to hack or disrupt our service
• Share content involving minors inappropriately

9. Payments and Subscriptions

• All fees are in USD
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

10. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Creator Kiwi running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

11. Privacy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime through your settings.

Creator Kiwi is provided “as is.” We can’t guarantee specific results or that our analytics will always be 100% accurate. Any AI suggestions are not legal or professional advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 if you’re using the free version.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
